I want to recommend Ahmed based on the rich and rewarding experience I gained while working with him at TWAICE on our Battery Analytics SaaS Software. Ahmed worked with me at TWAICE as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for 1.5 years and reported to me in my position as Engineering Manager. It was a great delight for me to work with Ahmed. He consistently delivers in outstanding quality, even under enormous time pressure. He stands out as an amazing team member and human being, supporting other team members and especially younger and less experienced team members on their growth journey. He also always brings in his own experience and recommendations and respectfully disagrees if he sees a better way of doing something, which is a rare, but very important aspect for me as a leader and my own growth both personally and technically. Additionally, it always amazed me how capable Ahmed is in switching contexts, being able to contribute on Frontend tasks, Backend tasks and Data Engineering tasks in a rapidly evoling and highly dynamic start-up environment. With these qualities, Ahmed contributed significantly to the growth of the SaaS product, we build together, in terms of feature richness, quality and scalability. I can confidently say that Ahmed has all the knowledge and checks all the boxes to build a scalable product for a large customer base as well as navigating the challenges coming with an early stage product.
